eclbet accounts are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each person may hold only one eclbet account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on eclbet are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. Third-party payment methods in another person's name are not accepted.

Once a wager is accepted and settled by eclbet in accordance with the applicable rules, the outcome is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of settlement.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and eclbet ("eclbet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the eclbet website, mobile interface, and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in via the eclbet Login page, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2.2If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the eclbet Platform and close your Account.

3.3You must be acting in your own capacity and not as a third party or agent for another person.
3.4Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded via the eclbet responsible gaming tools are not eligible to register a new Account during the self-exclusion period.
4.1Each individual may hold only one Account on the eclbet Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
4.2All information provided at registration — including full name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number — must be accurate, complete, and current.
4.3eclbet reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any time. You must submit a clear image of your Malaysian MyKad or passport upon request. Failure to complete KYC will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
4.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eclbet Login credentials, including your password. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. Notify eclbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.5eclbet support staff will never request your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
5.1All Funds are denominated and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). eclbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. eclbet may add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
5.3The minimum deposit is RM10. The minimum withdrawal is RM30.
5.4Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.5KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. eclbet reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time.
5.6eclbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
6.1All Wagers are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific product (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Toto 4D, Table Games) in effect at the time the Wager is placed.
6.2A Wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the eclbet system. A confirmation notification will be displayed on-screen and recorded in your Account history.
6.3eclbet reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted due to a manifest error in odds, game data, or system malfunction. A manifest error includes obvious pricing errors that a reasonable person would identify as incorrect.
6.4Bet settlement outcomes are final once processed. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised with eclbet support within 7 calendar days of the settlement date. Disputes raised outside this window will not be accepted.
6.5eclbet may impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any market, game, or product at its sole discretion.
6.6In-play (live) Wagers are accepted subject to network and data availability. eclbet accepts no liability for Wagers that cannot be confirmed due to connectivity interruptions on the Player's side.
7.1Bonuses and promotional offers are extended at eclbet's discretion and are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions published with each offer.
7.2One promotional offer per Account, per household, per IP address unless otherwise specified.
7.3eclbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of exploitation, abuse, or violation of these Terms or promotional conditions.
7.4Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Any withdrawal request made prior to satisfying the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eclbet Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Funds:
9.1eclbet may suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if a Player is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so for regulatory, legal, or security reasons.
9.2In the event of Account closure due to a material breach, eclbet reserves the right to forfeit any Funds held in the Account after applying any outstanding settlement obligations.
9.3A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting eclbet support via in-platform live chat. Pending Wagers will be settled in the normal course prior to closure processing.
10.1eclbet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service.
10.2To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eclbet's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
10.3eclbet is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions outside eclbet's direct control.
10.4Gambling involves risk. eclbet accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by Players through the normal course of wagering activity.
11.1The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the eclbet Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
11.2By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.
12.1eclbet is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion are available to all Account holders through the Account settings section.
12.2Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion window. Reactivation after a completed self-exclusion period requires identity re-verification.
12.3eclbet strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all Funds forfeited.

13.1These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which eclbet is licensed and operated as an internationally licensed gaming operator.
13.2Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the eclbet support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
14.1eclbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, eclbet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform.
14.2The version of these Terms published on the Platform at any given time is the version in effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
